If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from TrueFit® Posture Corrector you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement.

TrueFit® Posture Corrector will offer the Customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:

A replacement Product or exchange. In this case ,TrueFit® Posture Corrector shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged Product to the Customer.

A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs - if applicable at the time of purchase). Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.

Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging.
